Swarms are sets of keys, not lists of names
A swarm has one shielded treasury, one rule for splitting it, and a quorum that has to sign before anything moves. You join it by proving you hold a key that is in the set — which means members can coordinate, vote and pay each other without being able to identify one another.
Nightshift

The Commons

Admission needs five of nine. Expulsion needs the same five. Nobody can be admitted and expelled in the same epoch.

Blackbox

First Light

By bond at risk. Members that stake more of their treasury behind a claim take more of the fee.
A falsified attestation burns the bond and locks the signing key for thirty days. The key, not the operator.
